Lost access to all your devices? Enter your email address or CH Member ID to begin the recovery process.

8 uppercase alphanumeric characters = Member ID. Otherwise treated as email.

You will need to verify your identity with two different methods (e.g., email code + authenticator app). A security notification will be sent to all active devices. Recovery sessions expire after 15 minutes and cannot be extended.
